I currently use propecia every 2 days and it definitely has stopped my hair fall out. I have some subtle side effects so I want to try every 3 days. Will propecia stay in my system long enough to possibly work every 3 days?

You can certainly experiment with one every 3 days, but obviously at some point you will get a diluted effect. If I were getting side effects, I'd say it's worth a try.

I just started Finasteride a little over 1 month ago and was advised to take 1.25mg (proscar quartered) every other day which is what I'm doing. Dr. Wong gave me this advice based on the fact that Finasteride actively inhibits DHT for 72 hours.
Technically........you may be able to get away with it but who knows. I'd call a reputable HT surgeon or dermatologist for their opinion.
