Hair loss runs in our family. I’m in my early thirties and barely have any hair left. I was thinking of using Finasteride. Anybody try this? did it work?

pfrisky,
If you are a male with genetic hair loss, Propecia (finasteride) is your best option to attempt to get your hair loss under control. In the majority of men, it helps to slow down and stop hair loss. It can reverse the balding process by thickening thinning hair. I've been using Propecia for approximately 4 years. And while I didn't regrow any new hair...I believe it's helping me save the hair below my crown which started to thin before I started taking it.
