hi i have hair fall past 3 to 4 years its male patern balding so wat tab should i take cos i have heavy shedding of hair finpecia-1mg or fincar-5mg an can i take the full 5 mg tab daily without cutting it

Welcome to our community forum. Recommended dosage for hair loss is 1mg per day. Do NOT take 5mg per day of finasteride unless advised by a physician. Finasteride (1mg) and minoxdil are the two best hair loss drugs currently on the market. When used in combination with one another, they give you the greatest chance of combatting against future hair loss and may possibly regrow hair. I hope this helps. salmansaifulla, Yes, you can cut it into fourths with a pill cutter you buy at any drug store. I do it with Proscar.
