Tom,
It was a pleasure seeing everyone last week. I would like to simply say to Dr. Konior & staff Thank you! As a 56 year old patient, I have been thinking about this for the last 10 years. Like most patients, I didn't want a corn row obvious hair transplant. During my first meeting with Dr. Konior he asked some pretty good questions. One question I liked was "what did I expect or want to see?" I told him my goal was to have a hair transplant that didn't look like I had. He discussed realistic expectations which is important so we were all on the same page. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive before coming to Dr. Konior. After I met him at my appointment, I was at ease. What I guess impressed me were the following: 1. Dr. Konior is a plastic surgeon in addition to belonging to one or two key medical hair restoration medical organizations. 2. Dr. Konior spoke to me like a regular person or friend. Great bedside manner: friendly, candid professional. 3. After doing a lot of research on line, I realized that Dr. Konior was a younger Physician. I guess that my thoughts are his eyes are keener & hands steadier. 4. Dr. Konior had done thousands of hair transplants. With me, experience counts! 5. One observation in the office I made is that Dr. Konior is accredited by Joint Commission. Most patients may not know that this is a highly rigid, regulated organization that rates Quality Control at all Hospitals like Loyola, Rush, Northwestern & the University of Chicago. What this immediately told me was that Dr. Konior "Goes the Extra Mile" to have his medical practice standout as one of the Best in the country. As a registered pharmacist, I know first hand the hours and additional paperwork Dr. Konior & his staff worked for the Joint Commission accreditation. Accreditation is the gold standard. Only the most professional of practices would strive for this challenging accomplishment. 6. Last but not least I respect the fact there wsa no hard sell or pressure from his practice. That reiterated Dr. Konior's high level of ethics. The Patient & their outcome is first and foremost. That is refreshing! One other observation, Dr. Konior is well-liked and respected by his staff. Great work; great result! Mike |

Falc,
I believe it was between 800 to 900 grafts. Let me contact Dr. Konior's office and see if they can post some pictures. Best regards, Happy Mike |

Falc,
Recently you asked how many grafts I had on May 1 st. Since I was awake & partially sedated during my hair transplant, I thought it was wise to check with Dr. Konior's office. They said I had between 2800-2900 grafts. I wanted to clarify. Also I requested Dr. Konior's office post some of my pictures at their convenience. Thanks, Happy Mike |

HappyMike,
Thanks for the update. 2800-2900 grafts sounds more accurate than between 800-900 Best wishes, Falc To learn about how I restored my hair, read my hair restoration story with pictures.
