It has been said before on this forum and I'll say it again. "Don't let geography dictate which doctor does your hair transplant." If you choose a doctor simply because he is close to where you live, you are missing the whole point of this forum. I will be traveling 500 miles for my transplant and many people on this forum have traveled across the country to get a transplant by a particular doctor. Read everything on this forum and then come up with a list of 2 or 3 top docs. Go to visit them no matter where they are located.
If you want to do a larger session of 2,500 plus or one that is ultra refined and minimally invasive I don't think you will find this surgeon in the Philly area. I was up in Philly just last Fall on my East Coast tour of hair transplant clinics and I didn't find any in Philly.
Consider looking in New York or New Jersey at a Coalition physician. They all do ultra refined work. If your willing to fly I'd consider any one of the Coalition surgeons. I know that as you learn more you'll realize the travel is well worth it for life time results.
