Welcome to the brotherhood!
You need to spend time researching and finding the right Doc/Clinic for you. There is great info here so spend time reading patient experiences and view various results.

A few months researching will in turn save you years of heartache -

Reearch - research and then research to find the right nest mate - there are many out there but make sure you land in the correct one for you.

I am a paid showcase and "patient coordinator" for Feller Medical, PC in the UK - all opinions expressed are my own.All assesments and treatment plans are made by Dr. Feller alone.Be aware of clinics who use paid non-doctor consultants to assess your hairloss as this is absolutely illegal in the U.S., U.K, and Canada. Tushar,

Welcome to our community.

Thank you for your inquiry and for your interest in hair transplantation. Because physician selection is vital to ensuring you will receive state of the art hair transplantation, it is important to choose wisely.

One of my goals in 2008 is to look for a quality physician in India that meets our standards for recommendation at the Hair Transplant Network. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not currently recommend any quality ethical hair restoration physicians in India.

I recommend considering traveling at this time to ensure you receive a satisfactory hair transplant. After all, this IS a lifetime investment and getting it done right the first time far outweighs the inconvenience of traveling.

I recommend using the map feature of our website in order to find a quality hair transplant surgeon nearest to you.

To see what protocol we use to recommend physicians in our community, click here.

I hope this helps.

Falc

Everyone here will agree with what Falceros just posted. Until we can recommend safely a good surgeon in your area play it safe and go with a surgeon already screened from our recommended list, it is just not worth the risk to venture into the unknown. The additional travel expense will actually save you a lot of grief.
