I was just wondering if I alternate nizoral and nioxin every other day, would that be too much?
~ 4 times a week for each shampoo? |

I see know issue with that, I was doing it myself but then found that Jason's thin to thick was a better shampoo for me then nioxin at about a third the price, still use 2% niz 3x a week.

I've been alternating Nizoral and Nioxin daily now for almost 4 months.........my scalp has never felt better. I don't see why it would be a problem.
