Hi,
I was just wondering, to save money, can you dilute 2% to 1% i.e. 100ml of 2% would make 200ml 1%!? I guess in theory it makes perfect sense but does anyone have experience doing this and if so what do you use to dilute it? Could you just use normal shampoo to dilute? Many thanks in advance, Blondie Blondie. ----------------------------- PhD (Experimental and Clinical medicine) 1.25mg Finasteride Minoxidil 5% (EOD) Nizoral 1% (x3/week) |

I doubt you would encounter a problem. It is unlikely the ingredients would react with a normal shampoo. I would just stick with a "plain jane" shampoo and skip anything medicated though.

Blondie:
I would contact a pharmacist for suggestions. Good luck! Jessica HT Coordinator Limmer HTC Dr. Brad Limmer is a member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians |
