Where can I buy Nixoral 2%? Do I need a prescription?

My Current Regimen:
.5 mg Avodart - daily
5% minox 2x/day
Nizoral 2% - 3x/week
T-Sal - 3x/week
Nioxin Actives other days
MSM - 3,000 mg per day

Nizoral 2% is a prescription medication in the U.S. In Canada, however, it can be purchased OTC.

Nizoral 1% is available OTC in the U.S. and many users report similar results with that as with the 2% so that may be an option for you if getting a prescription for it is difficult or until you get the prescription.

I USE NIZORAL(1%-OTC) 2X/WK.
DIRECTIONS SAY TO USE FOR 8 WKS.
IS THERE ANY PROBLEM STAYING ON NIZORAL?

Not that I have encountered in well over a year of use. I use it 3x per week and leave it on for ~5 minutes at a time. No problems as of yet.

I have nizoral shampoo but it doesnt say its 1% or 2%. just says its a dandruff shampoo. what stores carry the 1% ?

If it looks like this (Nizoral AD):



then you have Nizoral 1%. It is carried in drug stores such as Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Eckerd's, CVS, etc.
