what do you think about someone playing softball two weeks post op, that would only be 4 days after staples are removed...????

I wouldn't do it personally...especially if you are going to bat. A lot of twisting and contorting of the body could put strain on the donor scar.

You also shouldn't do any sprinting at that point.

You can exercise, but take it slowly.

For some reason I knew at least one person would answer this post, thanks bud. i know i probably am not gonna play but my friends are really wondering where i have gone the last two weeks, I told them it was girlfriend time. Now I just have to figure out something for the next two weeks. Thanks again. Have you ever heard of NO-Xplode Falc? wondering when i can take that again for my "light" work outs at the gym. God I miss working out!!!!!
